Dr. Gregory Marcelle
Award-Winning Social Impact Leader
I’m a therapist, CEO, consultant, and speaker who’s spent years building programs, spaces, and systems around mental wellbeing. Most of my work lives where therapy meets real life.
If you’re interested in growth that’s layered, practical, and built to last, we’ll probably get along.

MORE THAN ONE LANE
It takes more than one role, one space, or one solution
I’m a therapist by training, and that’s always been the foundation. I started my career in behavioral health, working with people navigating trauma, addiction, recovery, and major life shifts—and quickly saw both the power of care and its limits.
That led me to build. I opened my own behavioral health agency, launched a recovery home, and later consulted with 10+ organizations to help grow programs that could actually function in the real world.
Along the way, I deepened my training with EMDR and certification in psychedelic-assisted therapy, expanding how healing could be supported when one approach wasn’t enough.

MY FOCUS
Today, my focus is on strengthening what surrounds care. I’ve led dozens of workshops and speaking engagements, built and scaled programs, and worked alongside teams turning good intentions into systems that can hold.
In 2025, I was honored with the Maverick Mentorship Award for leadership rooted in guidance, growth, and community impact. I’m not chasing perfect systems.
I’m interested in momentum—when care, structure, and community start moving in the same direction. If you’ve felt the gap between support and real life, you already know why this matters. And if you’re building something to close that gap, we’re probably aligned.

WORDS FROM THE WORK
"Greg doesn’t let you stay small. He helped us scale our business in ways we couldn’t have done alone, pushing us to build something stronger than we originally imagined."
"Working with Dr. G felt safe and grounded from the start. He understands the cultural context without you having to explain it. You feel heard, respected, and supported the whole way through."
“Dr. Marcelle speaks in a way that feels real and relatable. He understands the room and doesn’t talk at people, he talks withthem. Folks stayed engaged and left still talking about the message.”

The Collective Cup is a community-centered coffee shop under Our Community Home. It’s a welcoming space for conversation, creativity, and connection—alongside job training and employment pathways for individuals in recovery.
Coffee is the entry point.
Community is the point.
Opening in RVA March 2026

Let’s talk about the work that actually needs doing.
If you’re building something that serves people, whether it's a program, a space, or a strategy, I’d like to hear about it. I work with leaders, teams, and organizations who are serious about doing work that lasts and systems that actually hold.
If that’s what you’re here for, let’s connect.
